Belinda Graber leads the Appraisers, Inc. team of seasoned commercial real estate professionals dedicated to maximizing your property investments and ensuring top-tier service. We are all committed to providing the highest quality service, tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients across various property types.

Appraisers, Inc. was incorporated in 1985 in Columbus, Indiana by Belinda Graber. Belinda is a native of Columbus, Indiana, and resides there today. An Indiana University graduate, she has worked in all facets of property, including development, appraisal, marketing, selling, leasing, and management of commercial, industrial, residential and agricultural properties. Belinda has worked in a number of states over the years as a real estate appraiser, property manager, court appointed receiver, expert and consultant as well as owning and developing her own real estate. Belinda has trained a number of certified appraisers and continues to work with appraisers whenever the opportunity arises.

We operate throughout Indiana and Ohio, deliver precise and dependable appraisals for commercial, industrial, agricultural, or special-use properties. Engaging a skilled valuation expert from our team guarantees insightful, data-driven assessments to support your decision-making processes.

Chris Graber

Chris Graber began his commercial real estate career in 2009 after graduating from Ball State University with degrees in Finance and Business Administration as a Commercial/Industrial Real Estate Broker. In 2010, Chris joined Appraisers, Inc. as a real estate appraiser trainee and a workout specialist for troubled assets - mixed use.

He has since earned his Certified General Appraisal License, turned over millions in troubled assets and appraised a diverse portfolio of properties, including single/multi-family residential, retail spaces, medical and professional offices, industrial properties, convenience stores with gasoline sales, motels, land, subdivisions, farms, special use properties, governmental buildings, nursing homes, manufactured home communities, and properties eligible for low-income housing tax credits, as well as contaminated properties.

Chris’ experience in brokerage and as a workout specialist has enhanced his ability to value commercial real estate and made him an expert in the field.

Chris's goal is to provide clients with exceptional service and strategic solutions in commercial real estate appraisal, leveraging his comprehensive expertise and experience.
